Huntington Surf Inn was a charming gem with a beach-themed vibe, perfect for surfers and non-surfers alike. the location, right across from the beach, was ideal for soaking in the California sunshine and watching the sunset over the Pacific Ocean. We enjoyed the convenient access to restaurants, the communal deck with a nice view, and the friendly staff who provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the kids. While the room was basic and in need of an update, it was clean and tidy, with a kitschy surfing theme that added a fun touch. the walk-in shower was a nice feature, and the abundance of towels was appreciated. However, the noisy and old air conditioning made it challenging to keep the room cool at night, especially with the traffic noise. Overall, the Huntington Surf Inn provided a relaxing break from our travels, offering a comfortable stay near the beach and within walking distance to various amenities. I would recommend this inn for those looking for a laid-back and family-friendly stay in Surf City USA.
